Terms and Privacy Policy
How we protect your IoT portal account and operational device data.
1. Portal purpose
The IoT portal is used to register, monitor and evaluate data received from connected industrial devices, meters, SIM cards and related communication gateways. The portal helps authorized users view device status, measurements, limits, alerts and operational history.
2. Data we process
We may process account contact details, company details, device identifiers, serial numbers, IMSI identifiers, measurement values, timestamps, alarm states, configuration metadata and technical logs needed to operate the service. The portal is not intended for storing sensitive personal data unrelated to device operation.
3. Security and access
Access to the portal is protected by user authentication and role-based permissions. Device and measurement data are stored in protected infrastructure and are available only to authorized users of the relevant organization and service administrators who need access for support, diagnostics or maintenance.
4. Data use
IoT data is used to provide dashboards, measurement history, reports, alerts, troubleshooting and service improvements. We do not sell operational device data. Aggregated or anonymized technical statistics may be used to improve reliability, performance and security of the portal.
5. User responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, granting access only to appropriate colleagues and ensuring that registered devices and SIM cards belong to their organization or are managed with proper authorization.
By creating an account, you confirm that your organization authorizes the processing of the submitted registration data and related IoT device data for operation of this portal.
